I have oversight of all development, production and post for hour-long narrative video assets. I manage a team of ten full-time staff including writers, creative producers and executive producers. Reporting directly to the head of the U.S. live action team, I also work closely with the organization's global growth team in order to execute on the strategic directives of Pocket FM's founders. Key responsibilities include utilizing data in the narrative commissioning process, delivering completed assets on time and on budget, and ensuring these finished videos meet key data KPIs around engagement and retention.

I led a team specializing in the creation of post-production marketing assets for Netflix. I oversaw a team of twelve assistant editors, generating hundreds of videos a month for use in social media marketing directly on Netflix's social channels. I worked directly with senior stakeholders at Netflix to align on the required deliverables and then led the team producing the assets at a rapid pace and on deadline, having designed the project management workflows needed to make it all happen.

In this varied role, I served as the producer on an HBO pilot, led production on a feature-length documentary that was broadcast on Starz and Amazon, and was deployed to multiple breaking news stories, delivering videos from the scenes that consistently reached millions of views. 'Through Our Eyes' was a series at NowThis that gave young people around the world the ability to tell their own stories via video diaries. When working on a pilot episode of the series for HBO, I was involved in every aspect of production including the initial development of the innovative concept, sourcing contributors, set up filming, wrote aspects of the script, and helped to story produce in post. I was lead producer of Generation Columbine, a feature documentary that was screened in Congress, and that also elevated the voices of young people who had had their lives affected by gun violence. This piece built on the on-the-ground reporting that I had conducted as part of a NowThis team at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. I also reported from the ground in St Louis, as part of a team covering the reaction to police brutality verdict. The short documentary I produced was honored with the People's Voice Award at the 2018 Webby's.I was also trusted with high-profile projects based on my experience working with A-list talent, including a video op-ed with Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt around the 2018 mid-term elections.
