Started and maintained plasma exchange aphaeresis procedures. 10 Rose Medical/Surgical/Neuro Implemented patient care for up to 8 patients per section. Scheduled patient admissions as well as discharges. Assess patient status and notified physicians of clinical changes. Interacted with numerous departments such as PT/OT/STs regarding patient care. Educate patient and families on health care needs, conditions options, etc. Maintained patient charges and confidential files.
