Cybersecurity P&L & Video and Software Services-Manage, forecast, and review the SG&A costs for Cybersecurity for accuracy and maintaining in line with budget targets-Review current backlog for both the organic and acquisition businesses to build up Commited View (CV) and provide analysis on forecast changes on revenue and COGS including changes in revenue, gross margin, timing of deals, renewals, and more-Work to understand pipeline and layer into forecast to show projected deals closed and impact on P&L-Roll over previous month files, set up Commited View (CV) decks, and ensure accuracy of tables and data for management presentations-Support two regionals leaders on their budgets for indirect and direct labor for Video and Software Services, providing insights of headcount change impacts to cost, reviewing general ledger data for accuracy, and updating forecast based on latest leader inputs

- Support consolidation and commmunications of three out of five segments at Dover. Focus on supporting 8 FP&A directors on their FP&A processes including quarterly financial templates, capexreporting, consolidation of revenue and earnings and SG&A spend analysis.- Streamline routine reporting processes by improving deliverables files- Provide the segment CFO and segment FP&A director with support on clarity related to revenue growth, FX impact, margin growth/decline and identifying issues with the segment's operating companies.

-Responsible for reporting out consolidated revenue and earnings through various month-end reporting responsiblities-Develop Power BI reports that are used for drill-down capabilities, including EBITDA Conversion and Revenue, Bookings, and Backlog utilized by Corporate Development, Finance, and Executive Team-Hands on contributor to Executive and Board decks, working with FP&A team to delegate responsibilities and provide timely and accurate decks-Continue to own corporate P&L, work with cost center owners to update forecasts and create AOP during planning season

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles for corporate departments; work closely with cross-functional leaders and international partners to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts-Assist with company-wide quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting reporting requirements including through development of templates, processes, and company-wide communications - Own corporate P&L by being proactive in understanding corporate expenses and communicating with corporate departments to understand forecast expectations-Improve streamlining of cash flow reports by total company and segment view

-Supported monthly reporting on SG&A, primarily partnering with IT and HR to understand spend and lead cost center reviews-Work on various ad-hoc projects including creating a Power BI dashboard for the Marketing team to utilize in measuring effectiveness of marketing strategies conversion to sales-Provided analysis on partially company-subsidized cafeteria and gave recommendation to CFO and CEO on costs and modest proposition on lunch ticket price increase
