I have worked in and with charities for my entire career, developing innovative new models of service delivery at scale, particularly in the youth and education sector. This has spanned the full range of both face to face and digital services, managing everything from service design and delivery, fundraising and pitching and developing the underpinning financial models to support them.At CAST, I lead our digital practice work which focusses on providing social sector organisations with practical training and support in embedding digital in their strategy, services and culture. I manage and am developing a range of interventions and partnerships to support charities with their digital progress, and am responsible for the design, delivery and measurement of CAST's training and support programmes.Alongside managing the day to day operations of the organisation, I support charities across all our programmes to use technology to revolutionise how they address complex social problems and drive organisational change, in particular helping established charities integrate new digital products and services - and the methods used to create them - into their organisations. Previous to this, I was Director and Founder of the award winning platform Task Squad, a social business connecting young volunteers with paying employers. Over three years I secured £500k worth of funding from Google, Nominet Trust and Nesta and grew the business, which raised funds for youth social action charity vInspired, to provide over 25,000 hours of work for young job seekers and £250,000 worth of wages. I was named in the 2015 Progress 1000 list, Evening Standard's list of London's most influential people for my work on Task Squad.I have held roles at Catch 22 and global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills.
