In addition to the social media management, I also take care of writing specific content for sites / blogs and maintaining the relationship with content partners, creators, press and influencers for a set of clients: both for specific initiatives and on the ongoing acactivitie, supporting the brands to keep meaningful and consistent storytelling.

I managed the internal processes of the agency acting as a bridge between clients and the agency’s creative team, in order to “make things happen” and leading the end-to-end project management accordingly with clients’ expectations and deliverables.As part of my job, thanks to my “social background”, I took care of the social aspects for key, such as Fiera di Vicenza, La Terrazza della Basilica, Trivellato S.p.A, in terms of competitive scenario analysis, content strategy, content creation, editorial planning and profile management.I have also provided consultancy for websites creation, supporting the brands for its management after the online. In addition to traditional communication, I had the chance to work within political communication, supporting the electoral campaigns of some candidates running for Mayors in the Vincenza area.

I managed the assigned projects both from a creative and strategic point of view: content creations for social (editorial plans and creative concepts), community engagement, moderation and reporting mainly for brands’ profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. I took care of the digital PR, actively participating in the ideation of concepts for events, blog releases, invitations and activations management, designed specifically for the different types of influencers. Plus, I’ve been in charge also for events’ management and the final analysis of the results. I worked with: Vichy, Colgate, Direct Line, StudioLine, SonyMobile Italia.

Daily management for the Italian and international client, in charge of the digital projects (iPhone applications, Banners, Facebook applications, websites, etc.) for a group of brands: Kit Kat Global, Huggies Italia and Jocca. I supported the account supervisor during the processes related to the implementation of BTL projects mainly for Vodafone Italy. The main tasks carried out within the agency were: coordination of digital projects, management of the resources involved and participation in strategic decisions; monitoring of competition (online and offline); reporting and analysis of the social network for a group of brands: (Maxibon, Shell, Vodafone).

I personally followed the projects of the agency's clients (in particular Ikea and ATM Milan), managing contacts with the company and coordinating the resources allocated to the project. I collaborated in the creation of contents on various web platforms (corporate website, multimedia brochures, blogs, web TV).

During the internship I independently managed web marketing and PR activities for the Samsung customer, coordinating the search for potential customers for the company. From the moment of delivery of the brief, I managed relations with the client and took care of the writing of documents and press releases, in Italian and English.
