From May, 2010 to January, 2014 I worked at the Aging Studies Branch at the U.S. Census Bureau. I am the second author of a report we published in 2014, "65+ in the United States".I currently work with the Industry and Occupation Branch at the U.S. Census Bureau. In addition to other work at the branch I have been researching age and occupation. I represented the Census in cross-agency meetings to determine the definitions of occupations in the 2018 Standard Occupational Classification manual. I assess the quality of data of industry, occupation, and class of worker data in the American Community Survey during edit, data, and data products review. I conduct research on occupation and age.

As a fellow I researched many topics including Hospice care and the culture change movement in Nursing Homes. I have several published articles that resulted from my work at Brown.

At the Elderly Care Research Center, I was responsible for analyzing data and working on posters, presentations, and papers based on the results.

At the Quality of Life of Older Adult Cancer Survivor project I worked on many aspects of the project. These include photocopying, being responsible for coordinating and inputing questionnaires, analyzing data, creating posters, presentations, and working on publications based on the data.From Fall 2001 to Spring 2003, my title was "Research Assistant"From Fall 2003 to Summer 2005, my title was "Senior Research Assistant"
