Throughout the day I am answering phone calls from suppliers and customers.I am also co-responsible for ensuring all company branding is up to resort standards (books, boards, visual aspects) and have been improving them during my stay. Besides the admin tasks I work as an hotel rep for three different source markets (UK, DE, NL) informing guests about the great excursions we offer on the island while offering quality customer service throughout their stay and making sure that they can enjoy a well deserved holiday.Every Sunday morning I am working on the airport, welcoming guests at arrivals and helping customers at departures.
