Full high level administrative and personal support to the President + Founder including heavy calendar management, compiling agendas and reports along with extensive research. Overseeing the facility day to day operations and logistics (offices, music annex and three rehearsal studios).

Responsible for all artists signed to the Columbia label in the US across Europe. Planned, implemented and managed campaigns for newly signed, developing, established and 'superstar' talent from all music genres, identifying and targeting exposure in the individual European locations, often on extremely limited timeframes.Promotion visits focusing on TV, radio, press, retail and showcase performances as well as around live tour dates. Media junkets to the US live dates. Tour opening parties and special events.Utilized motivational, creative thinking and interpersonal communication skills from concept through execution, working closely with individual project personnel in local Sony affiliate offices across Europe and Columbia label in the US, as well as the artist, artist management, touring parties, agents and promoters.Logistical travel planning and budgeting and extensive travel with artists and on the road personnel. Started at Sony originally as Coordinator, Tours + Promotion for Columbia, Epic and affiliated label rosters, before being promoted at the beginning of 1989 to Manager, International Promotion, Columbia label.
