Responsible for working with customers to triage and diagnose issues with McKesson solutions, master corporate best practices and SCP supported methodologies for all job functions, follow defined troubleshooting processes to fully resolve customer issues, work with resources on other teams as appropriate to jointly resolve cases, contribute to the knowledge base by adding and supplementing entries, report on individual performance metrics or success factors as requested Took part in and also lead projects such as the Service Capabilities and Performance audit, Customer Information Center, Employee Council, Knowledge Review for new hires, Employee Environmental Committee, and a Mentor ProgramRecognized for the Leading the Change Award, Highest Customer Satisfaction Award, On the Spot Award, and the runner up for the Support Representative of the Year for the nationally recognized organization, Help Desk Institute
