About Samantha Z. Dzabic

I've spent my career in HR supporting businesses and leaders through tricky changes. I use what we know from brain science and psychology to make that journey smoother. Currently I'm an Executive Consultant at Pinpoint Talent, a boutique firm that focuses on finding and nurturing great talent, helping people learn and grow, and making sure workplaces are welcoming to everyone.I love sharing stories and ideas that can make a real difference in people's lives. That's why I speak at events like TEDx and coach at the Harvard Institute of Coaching. I'm passionate about tackling issues like ageism, creating workplaces where everyone feels welcome, and helping folks get in touch with their emotions.At the end of the day, I want to give people the boost they need to face change head-on and tap into their potential. I try to live by what I preach - being brave, lifting others up, showing kindness, staying honest, and embracing freedom.
