Senior Agency Services Specialist
Current•Acts as liaison between underwriting and the producer to implement changes and resolve issues, including Agency Agreement contracts, producer licensing compliance, appointments and terminations, agency ownership structures relating to sales, mergers, and acquisitions of producer business entities, powers-of-attorney, Hub roles for agency owners and staff, and business initiatives impacting agency data and services.•Provides training and support to Agency Assistants and Associates on complex cases referred from team members to ensure a first class experience. Ensures accurate, complete, and timely resolution to complex situations.•Reviews and approves background investigation reports and develops recommendations for related process changes based upon regulatory compliance requirements and business needs.•Daily review of failed bond orders to determine action needed to comply with regulatory requirements for insurance producers. Communicates needed actions to underwriters and producers and follows through to successful resolution. Implements process improvements to reduce failed bond orders.•Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Web Development, and IT team members to support the company’s use of agency data in marketing and information systems, and ensuring that privacy, security, and data retention standards and policies are followed. •Perform reconciliation of company records to insurance department records to ensure accurate records and minimize costs to maintain the company’s agency base. •Lead the training and cross-training of Agency Services Assistants and Associates to facilitate compliance and risk mitigation. •Update existing procedures and develop new procedures to promote efficiency. •Serve as the Compliance Liaison for Agency Services to promote a collaborative and inclusive compliance culture throughout the organization.•Subject Matter Expert for Team software and systems.•QA Agency Services case work.
