Full-Time Lecturer in the Psychology Department at Towson University and a part-time female and maternal mental health therapist in Towson.I support maternal mental health efforts and am interested in breaking down the stigmas associated with mental health. Am a proud mommy to two young children and am amazed at the lessons that they teach me every day. I consider myself both an East Coast and West Coast girl, having grown up on the East Coast and then living out West for 18-years before settling in Maryland.
