I have been involved in projects since 2007, working on Customer Service & Sales, Contact Centre, Data, Marketing, Account Origination and Integration Projects.Thus my experience and knowledge of Customer Experience solutions such as SAP Sales & Service Cloud (Cloud for Customer (C4C)), e-Commerce, Marketing, Customer Data with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. I am also a trainer providing SAP Sales & Service training at the SAP Academy. I have provided training in South Africa and abroad.My commitment to my customers is to provide Customer Experience solutions of the highest quality which will achieve their business goals.
