- Arranging inventory counts at the stores and warehouses operated by the company.- Monitoring inventory counts at the store and warehouse to ensure inventory records are up to date.- Consistent testing & inquiries of controls set for the inventory held in stores and warehouse.- Inventory variance reports for the inventory counts to ensure inventory records are accurate.- Coordinating with finance team to conduct random inventory counts at store level on a sample basis.

- Preparing journal entries monthly Financial Statement package for UAE based Head Office.- Monitoring costs conducted during business operations on regular basis.- Ensuring timely completion of all tasks on monthly basis to ensure data integrity & completion at all times i.e. bank reconciliations, expense postings, sales updating processes, fixed assets ledgers for depreciation etc.- Assigned on special task in collaboration with operations team to ensure that inventory counts are conducted on regular basis at all the locations. This was done to make sure all lost inventory is written off & excessive inventory can be identified & accounted for accordingly.- Coordinate and maintain financials for the Joint venture with Joint Venture partners being the Joint Venture Lead.- Alchemist Trading’s external audit team member during audit conducted by BDO.- Processing payment through local & international banks- Preparation of VAT calculation for filing monthly VAT returns- Reconciliations with vendor & customer accounts.- Part of team conducting month end closure procedures.
