Operations Manager
Current- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to branch managers and their respective teams.
- Coach, mentor, and develop branch managers and staff to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 6 branches, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational standards and policies.
- Monitor branch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
