I am also committed to learning and growing as a leader, and to contributing to the mission and culture of British Airways.In my current role as Cargo Operations - North India at British Airways, I am responsible for managing and monitoring the GHAs involved in the station operations, coordinating with the ramp teams during the aircraft turnaround, and handling import, export, and transshipment activities. I also ensure compliance by the security teams relating to all security-related functions, and conduct quality checks at acceptance, AVI, and DGR. Additionally, I support the commercial team in trying to optimize utilization of space, and coordinate any last-minute changes in flight plan. Through my role, I have demonstrated my ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, deliver excellent customer service, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
