• Ensuring timely renewal of Insurance policies at the best possible rates & terms.• Annually reviewing the Financials of the Leading Insurance companies operating in the market and evaluating their financial strength and claim settlement ratio before awarding the contract to the particular Insurance Company.• Managing and co-coordinating for the settlement of Network Assets claims by intimating the insurer at the time of incident and coordinating with Eng. for the survey, physical verification and technical support. Estimating the values of the damaged and lost equipment, compiling the documents from Engineering, Admin, legal and AIMS items for lodging of the claims.• Issuance of Bid Bond/Performance Bond and bank guarantees liaison with procurement/ legal department for negotiations of payment terms with vendor.• Establishment of Offshore/Onshore LC for Procurements of Opex/Capex related Products.• Process Letter Of Credit and communication with suppliers and banks.• Settle insurance claims of employee’s laptops & mobile phones and sites by direct dealing with EFU.• Processing Import payments and maintain all documents.

During this tenure my responsibilities Includes:• Managing the internal Cash Reporting Requirement and keeping record of payments and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to stream line the cash management process.• Efficiently and effectively managing the surplus cash through short term investment of funds in different banks at competitive rates.• Ensuring timely payment of Mark-up on short term/Long term financing• Coordination with Banks on Cash Collections related issues. • Coordination with Accounts Department w.r.t daily Funds movement from one Bank to another Bank• Managing Utility Bill Payments of the Cell Sites of the company. • Preparing utility Bill payments MIS and its reconciliation.• Preparing the Cash Position based on all outflows and inflows from the Company Bank Accounts. • Preparation of Credit Limits of the Counter parties in order to mitigate the financial risk related to Investments.• Managing the debt mark-up and principal repayments and its reconciliation with bank statements. • Managing Cash Collection and related issues of JS Shops.• Managing and preparation of Company Car Lease related documents and queries.
