Achievements- Developed 2018-2023 strategic business plan project of AXA Egypt. This involved working with the senior management team across all functions in each entity to carry out needed financial projections- Developed an automated reporting tool that generates periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, and biannually) to different stakeholders (internally and externally) to facilitate and accelerate the financial reporting and produce a consolidated view for AXA’s operation in Egypt to comply with AXA’s group reporting requirements.- Carried out 10 years market study and analysis tool for the Egyptian market based on the regulatory data.

Achievements- Carried out a detailed healthcare study for the Egyptian market- Developed the health insurance product for local corporate business including benefits and pricing.- Developed different tools data crunching, new business and renewal tool (claim based/model based and hybrid approach).- Developed performance monitoring – dashboards. - Monitored and analyzed the portfolio performance and amending the pricing tool accordingly (actual vs. expected).- Developed local health insurance individual and local small and medium enterprises – readymade health insurance products (off the shelf).- Prepared required documentation (e.g. underwriting standard of process (SOP), policy document- Developed mobile Insurance and bill protection (property and casualty (P&C) retail products).

Achievements- Assessed clients’ insurance needs and advised on the optimum insurance solutions accordingly.- Developed a model to establish three major hospitals and advised on the optimum financial solution (Return on Capital) and estimated cost per bed for different medical specialization (neurosurgery, orthopedics, etc.).

Achievements- Worked with his Excellency the Minister of Finance and his actuarial advisor on the proposed Social Health Insurance law.- Worked closely with the external consultancy – Hewitt Associates on the data stage (collection and validation) and model development.- Worked with different Ministries of the Egyptian Government on collecting and analyzing the data.- Worked with the USAID, bearing point consultancy, World Health Organization and the World Bank on different aspects in the Social Health Insurance Law.
