Assisting at a range of events including: open days, higher education days, mock interviews and career fairs.Supervising and leading groups of students, Years 4 – 13, and support their engagement in workshops, presentations, discussions and activities, both on and off campus.Resolving minor behavioural issues and ensuring all young people are safe at all times, referring more serious issues to the designated safeguarding lead.

Leading a team of up to 16 young people; providing supervision, motivation and inspiration on their personal development programme.Delivering a range of activities for participants and to be responsible for ensuring that young people complete their tasks.Supporting young people with a range of needs including: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, anxiety and eating disorders.Resolving minor issues daily and reporting to the designated safeguarding lead when necessary.Carrying out all duties in line with the risk assessment and safeguarding protocols.Responsible for own workload and managing and overseeing assistant team leaders.
