Director/ Head of Local Corporate, Origination and Client Coverage, Wholesale Banking, Abu Dhabi:I was managing and developing a team of 10 staff. Together with my team we were managing a portfolio of 44 client groups of Large Local Corporate accounts among which the Top Tier ones under my direct management. My main objective was to drive revenue growth while protecting bank's interest. Part of my job was budgeting and planing future targets/prospects in addition to monitoring of operational risks, implementing compliance procedures and liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure swift rectification of irregularities. Managed a portfolio of large local corporate with diversified credit. Conducted market, industry and client research to identify prospect and opportunities.Aimed to deepening clients' relationship by cross selling other bank's products like trade, cash solution and derivatives.Ensured credit lines are in place and worked on maximizing utilization.Involved in preparation of security documentation by liaising with Legal Department then arrange to get it executed by the client and lodged with Credit Administration Department.Handled account opening including compliance related procedures like KYC, CDD, EDD, PEP etc....Liaised with internal and external auditors to rectify any irregularities.Handled operational risks to protect bank's interest.

Managed a portfolio of local SMEs clients. My duties included the following: calling on existing and prospect clients to capitalize on new areas of business opportunities and sell banks product while mitigating risks. Studying and analyzing the clients' financial position and its repayment capacity.Structuring facilities in consistence with bank's policy and client's need and capacity.Handling IPOs together with related loans and security documentations.Handling advances against security of local shares.I joined ADCB and occupied various job in many of the bank s department starting with Retail and ending with Corporate.
