Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

Oversees personal bankers, customer service representatives & tellers while providing services in regards to customer relations, hiring of full-time/part-time associates, annual reviews, and coaching/ counseling sessions of current employees. Extensive troubleshooting, system resolution and customer satisfaction skills. Maintains support to sales force, management and directives with service personnel directly affecting motivation amongst team members. Controlling the daily operations of the branch and ensuring policy and procedures where adhered.

Supervise five direct reports performing coaching sessions about referrals, policy violations, government regulations, and proof work. Annual reviews with meetings held quarterly for review with the employee. Customer service, completing the Financial Center Self- Assessment on a monthly basis (monthly branch internal audit), fraud detection, prevention, and filing of fraud packets for customers and the bank, in charge of the branch’s internal controls and audit, with extensive troubleshooting system resolution and customer satisfaction skills.
