 Monitoring workflow of all functions to guarantee best & quick service to be delivered to patients. Following up radiology equipment operation status & maintenance plans. Reporting daily incomes including cash & credit. Coordinating with sales department to increase no of customers. Register doctors & technicians distribution monthly plan to be sent to HR department. Updates & following up medical consumable on healthcare management software (Millensys). Coordinate & manage medical consumable requests with financial & warehouse department. Direct all operational aspects including reception, radiology doctors, technician, typists, human resources, administration and sales. Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices and competitive intelligence. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. Propose corrective actions for proper operation of all functions.

 To supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards. Guiding and training of all new staff to agreed standards. Deal with more complex enquiries from patients including informal complaints relating to reception functions. Make daily statistics report for number of examinations performed and sending it to administration & commercial managers. Reviewing daily shift income and sending reports to branch manager. Manage day to day issues that may arise within the team or with individuals  Daily review with call center to ensure reservations synchronization. Continually assess and evaluate systems and quality, recommending changes and improvements to the practice manager as appropriate. Regularly evaluate quality of individual and team performance.

 Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and necessary data. Check medical insurance validity & approval letters conditions. Communicating with contracted companies & organizations to confirm agreement, approval & permissions by phone or email. Follow up with medical technician team to optimize patient’s examination procedure time. Working on decreasing patient waiting by managing reservation with doctor arrival times & availability of all related needs. Collecting examination fees & payment from patient. Review with financial department daily shift income & approval lettersacceptance. Replying to clients via phone and emails for any clarification or suspended payments. Entering patient data on company system (Millensys).
