- We are Working on the Analytics cloud version and we are creating all the pipeline (ETL process) to provide insights and visuals via Looker to help customers to make a decisions.- This makes our system a multi tenant system which is available for our customers from anywhere at anytime.- We are always working on enhancing our pipeline to make it more efficient.

- I was working on Analytics system which provide the customers with different types of reports (Web report (Grid view) , Excel , RDLC and SSRS ) to help them to make a decisions.- I worked on the old version of the Analytics system with MVC and Kendo UI.- I worked on the transition to new Analytics System using Angular and web APIs.- I've implemented many PowerShell tools to generate clinical reports on the fly.- I worked on cubes using SSAS.- I Started the generation for SSRS reports and integrated it with our Analytics system and I was responsible of the full cycle for SSRS including the Environment preparation on the production systems.- I worked on ETL using SSIS.- I've involved to make interviews for job candidates to our team vacancies.- I was responsible of training for newcomers.- I was responsible of handling the big customers escalation.- I was responsible of training for Analytics Support Team.- I worked on preparing many important documents like (Analytics Environment Preparation , Analytics Escalation Document)- I worked on converting our reports to Packages to isolate it from the Analytics installation and I've already generated a tool which Support is using to deploy these packages on the customers servers.
