Perform various testing procedures of drugs like (LOD, bulk density, optical rotation, specific gravity, viscosity, pH, gas content, assay on HPLC Agilent 1260, Agilent 1260 Infinity 2, shimatzu).Preparation of mobile phase, diluent, buffers, serial dilutions according to SPTM.Documentation & performance on analytical balance, magnetic stirrer, hot air oven and UV sonicator.Calibration of analytical balance & pH meter.Perform all physical testing related to capsules covers such as colour, length, thickness, weight variation, loss on drying etc.Training session on dissolution apparatus, disintegeration apparatus, GMP & ALCOA.perform testing of drug on dissolution and disintegeration apparatus. Preparation of the raw data sheet for amboured colour glass bottles, caps, labels, carton, leaflet.Documentation on SAP.
