One of my earliest memories is going to the grocery stores with my family and wandering in the aisles til I memorized the food brands and the placement of products. Growing up, I realized that I like expermenting and combining ingredients and making something from scratch gives me a sense of accomplishment. Being a baker, allows room for the love of food to grow becuase I feel that good food is what brings people together.Talking about people, the most amazing humans I've come across are children. I believe they are the happiest souls and are great teachers as well. I've been working with great minds as a kindergarten teacher for the past 6 years and it's been nothing less than a wonderful experience.
