- Managing the daily tasks and follow up with the team to assure service perfection. - Follow up with VIP customers to ensure the quality of service - Plan the department monthly activities to increase the satisfaction rate and reducing the complaints.- Prepare the customer service surveys eg.( face to face – over the phone )- Dealing with VIP patients and facilitate all the needed requests.- Dealing with complicated situations to ensure the maximum quality of serviceprovided.- Managing with call center team the process of incoming complaints andsurveys calls.- Follow up with different departments to solve patients and customers issues.- Receiving complaints feedback from different departments with the corrective and preventive actions and follow up to ensure not to be repeated.- Provide recommendations to the top management to enhance the providedservices.- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly department reports to the top management.- Prepare monthly customer satisfaction analysis and statistics covering all- Planning the internal activities (WellBabyCeleb.,HealthyDays,FunDays...etc.)- Train the staff on the daily tasks including the customer service reports.
