Lead and Conduct standard Agile ritual meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups,Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives). Scheduled and facilitated regular meetings to review progress and status, and ad hocmeetings; formulates agendas and documents minutes, action items etc. Maintain Action Item Lists and verify management is completing assigned tasks Metric/KPI/ROI focused and used best practices at all levels Experience in SDLC models: Agile (Scrum/ Lean), Waterfall and Hybrid Model
