• Accepting and editing purchaserequests from various parts departments.
• Co-ordinate the transportation of Parts from the various Suppliers to our warehouses.
• Contacting suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries (back orders).
• Corresponding with suppliers for quotations, preparing purchase orders and performing buying duties.
• Liaise with the Procurement & Logistics Supervisor regarding the efficient running of shipping and transporting of parts.
• Maintain records of materials, prices, inventories and deliveries.Propose and implement transport strategy, (shipping carriers).

Cairo

• Attends all assigned calls promptly and courteously based on pre-set Call Center SLA’s and KPIs.
• Route calls to relevant Departments and follow-up where necessary.
• Handles customer complaint professionally and responds with efficient solutions and escalates where necessary.
• Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.
• Enters feedback from all calls onto CRM system for building of knowledgebase.
• Generate daily Call Center reports.
