This includes assigning topics to writers, ensuring timely submission of articles, and reviewing and editing content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to guidelines.- Editorial Direction: Develop and maintain the editorial direction and tone of The AQB Mirror. Set the vision for the newsletter, establish themes, and ensure consistency in style, voice, and messaging.- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of student writers, editors, and contributors for the newsletter. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and fostering a positive working environment.- Newsletter Production: Oversee the production process of The AQB Mirror, including layout, design, and formatting.- Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments, teachers, staff, and student organizations to gather information, news, and updates for inclusion in the newsletter. Foster relationships and maintain open lines of communication to ensure a consistent flow of content.- Newsletter Distribution: Manage the distribution of The AQB Mirror newsletter. Ensure timely delivery and accessibility of the newsletter to the school community, parents, and other stakeholders.- Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from readers, stakeholders, and the school community to assess the effectiveness of the newsletter and identify areas for improvement. Use this feedback to make informed decisions regarding content, layout, and overall newsletter strategy.Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of The AQB Mirror.- Promote Engagement: Actively promote readership and engagement with The AQB Mirror newsletter. Utilize various channels, school website, and other communication platforms, to raise awareness and encourage participation.
