Group Sales Operations Manager
Day- to-day Operations Follow up the production to ensure that it is implemented as it required in monthly and weekly demand plan and to avoid any variant will be out of Stock. Follow up stocks at factories and branches. Monitor process of branches sales by following up their sales, stock replenishment to ensure consistency of business plans. Collect and revise daily , MTD and projection sales per district , and send it to the top management. Follow up the daily sales per variant to distribute the daily target at the dispatch . Follow up any quality problem to send it to quality team.Planning Prepare Annual BP &OP detailed volume forecast based on historical trends. Responsible for S&OP monthly process, handling all channels volume planning and analysis. Distribute targets on brands and variants based on historical Contribution Demand the quantity of trucks that will be needed.Sales analysis Follow up volume trends of developmental Brands, SKUs and variants. Follow up the customers who their sales are increased or decreased and discuss the reasons with the sales responsible. Follow up the drop size for every branch and compare with the last months. Monitor and follow up routine and non-routine trade activities in order to support the achievement of optimum performance. Follow up sell in and sell out of Customers and Monitor Off Take. Monitor prices of competitors . Reference for all sales data history / Analysis.
