Finance.b. Logistic and company resources. c. Quality assurance. d. Analyze the relevant data to develop the provided services.

Key activities:• Identify, work, prepare offers and submit on the RFQs and Tenders.• Follow up with clients to insure from offers status if it’s won or lost and get feedback in both statuses. • Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.• Expedite requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed.• Follow up with sales team to insure from implementation visits plans, record all the feedback, and reports.• Perform data entry duties and Provide it to help the sales team and executive management.• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.• Participate in the importing plan according the market and client’s needs. • Participate in logistics duties through follow up and coordinate between suppliers and shipping companies.

Key Activities:• Participate in the recruitment process by hiring the job and description it, screen CV’s, performing reference checks, arrange interviews' schedule, and issuing employment contracts.• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.• Create and Send (new hiring and resignation) report and (the salaries effects: termination, deductions, and monthly payroll) report to HR Manager on time.• Coordinate between HR Team and administrators of other departments. • Maintain and update employees' information data bank.• Keep records of development training plans.• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying to management.
