- Collecting operational data through well designed reports that limits mistakes and gives both operation and accounting needed results.- Check & revise cost of operations by establishing standard costs.- Applying and sign payments for operation costs.- Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.

-Review reservation booked daily.  -Revising Contracts & Negotiate Promotion Rates & rooms allotments with the sales representatives and distribute business on the Hotels.  -Review arrival report daily.  -Ensure special handling of repeats guest and very VIP guest.  -Review room blocking for tight periods.  -Corresponding with Tour Operators to answer special requests for rooms and rates.  -Computerizing Currant Reservations and forming separate rooming lists.  -Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent rates both in system and correspondence file.-Preparing hotels cost for each tour operator on monthly basis to be charged accordingly.
