“Safe Spaces for GBV Survivors, The project aims to establish safe spaces for women& girls, providing the minimum package of services like MHPSS , Legal , Protection and medical services to GBV survivors from refugees . Preparing, managing and regularly updating the project activities work plan and related financial plan, ensuring timely and quality implementation in compliance with the defined project strategy as well as UNFPA guidelines. Coordinating with logistic, administration and finance units to procure all equipment, supplies, materials and services required to implement the project activities, ensuring cost efficiency and accountability in compliance with donor regulations and procedures. Undertaking field visits to provide technical guidance and supervision as well as to regularly monitoring the progress of activities at the safe spaces. Managing the project in line with the project document for the protection of vulnerable refugees women and children from violence and abuse Budget Allocation and Monitoring Preparing periodic project narrative and financial reports, according to donor requirements. Representing Etijah in relevant thematic working groups as well as other coordination and ad meetings as needed. Establishing and maintaining collaborative relations with representatives from donors, local, partners, workers, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders. In coordination with the human resources unit, carrying out recruitment procedures for the staff and consultants. Training , orienting and supervising the staff and evaluate their performance Consolidating reports on; counteracting SGBV awareness change across the project Support in designing tools for monitoring and evaluation of projects' effectiveness and manage information database. Training, coordinating and supervising the staff and evaluating their performance. Representing in relevant thematic working groups as well as other coordination and ad meetings, as needed.
