(SAP environment and ISO: 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 implemented). • Responsibility lies in overall technical performance (Production planning, Shutdown planning, Trouble shooting) to maximize the production with proper quality specification.• Total responsibility of manufacturing Process, Bagging and Desptch having knowledge of each rotating & stationary equipment like Reactor, Granulator, Drier, Cooler, Ball Mill, Mixer, Scrubber, Stitching Machine etc. • Issuing work permit taking proper safety precaution to meet the compliance of companies Safety & Environment policies.• Maintaining departmental ISO manual and documentation. • Participating in different process and quality initiatives.Achievement: -Best Overall Performance of an Operating SSP Unit for TCL-Haldia Environmental Protection Award in SSP Unit Category for TCL-Haldia FAI

Development Engineer.Work objective : On line process parameter control and various projects with Laboratory scale testing. Process Audit, Research & Development of each and every unit for further modification, Quality control, Various Project with overall mass balance and economy, component testing of Raw materials- intermediates and final product by lab testing and Pilot Plant Trial.• Variable cost reduction of STPP, Phosphoric Acid, Sulfuric Acid and DAP Plant through technical innovation.• Improvement of by product quality such as Gypsum, SFS & NFC through study of crystal growth and process optimization.• Recovery of nutrient from waste products.• Product Development to cater specific industries. The work involves study of product characteristics for specific application along with competitors' products in Lab as well as in customers' shop floor.• Study of process controls of all the plants (Chemical, Fertilizer and Acid) for environmental protection.• Details Process analysis and Mass Balance of STPP & PAP (Phosphoric Acid Plant) Plants with Computer programming.Some of projects are:• Recovery of alkali from spent sulphite liquor ex. SULPHURIC ACID PLANT, With PILOT PLANT trial.• Production of food grade STPP & TSPP through wet route process in STPP plant.• Recovery of P2O5 from NFC by digestion & leaching with caustic lye & Soda Ash with PILOT PLANT trial.• Preparation of STPP Adjunct followed by trial to catch the market of Ceramic & Tiles Industries.• Manufacture of fertilizers: NPK (15/15/15) & NPK (10/26/26).• Manufacture of DAP with a new route to reduce the cost.
