- Responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone and through Webchat service for insured members.-Coordinate between all the involved parties and ensure that the correct documentation is received.-Answer inquiries from both patients and insurance companies . -Responsible for submitting the prior authorization requests for the patients .

- Provide pharmacological information and advice about drugs, their side effects, correct dosage, and proper storage.- Answer requests and concerns that is health care related .- Help patients with selection of the proper medication , medical equipment or healthcare supplies. -Resolve customer  complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
