As for my work at TICO, I am concerned with drafting confidentiality agreements, protocols, registrations and prosecutions of patent applications, reviewing and drafting contracts, including licensing, assignment, contribution ratio agreement, and technology transfer agreements for faculty staff at consultation services, government or company-university research partnership agreement,Meeting with researchers to attend to their needs and inform them of what they need to do on the legal perspective, Provide advice on intellectual property protection and management.As for my work at Central Administration for Legal Affairs (Cairo university) Drafting contracts (maintenance, construction, procurement, service provider, direct agreement, …etc.), attending tenders and bids committees, reviewing specifications and conditions brochures, appeal investigation, providing legal assessments.
