I like solving problems with technology and building agile high-performance teams that allows me to bring the innovative solutions for the daily challenges. I thrive to keep my focus on a "big picture" and make data-driven decisions with a healthy dose of a gut feeling. And I evangelize the same principles to all my teams, especially when faced with adversity - step back, take another look at the big picture, assess objectively what you know and trust your knowledge and instincts to build the path towards the resolution.I had the opportunity to grow my skills and my leadership skills on projects in Canada from different sectors from consulting, to system handover to training, to technical support. From these experiences, I also learned about the different cultural aspects of work environment that need to be taken in consideration in order to get the project across the finish line.I try not to miss an opportunity to learn a new skill or share my knowledge. I do not allow a single day to pass without learning something new. It can be learning a new block-chain technology, best way to make a grilled steak or how to repair a cracked dry wall. These are all habits that makes us who we are as a person.
