Initiate / Recommend updates to company policies (Employment Manual) and ensure that employees are abiding by the set rules and policies.13. Secure employee medical insurance coverage, Social Security registration and calculation and interpreting and advising on Lebanese Labor Law14. Keeping employee records current at the Ministry Of Finance and Ministry of Labor by processing employee status changes and personnel action forms in a timely manner.15.
