Orchestrating the end-to-end execution of projects as a Junior Delivery Manager/Product Owner. My role involves:- Aligning specification requirements with the entire development lifecycle.- Ensuring a seamless and efficient process flow.- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed at every stage of the project.- Implementing an efficient Testing strategy to evaluate the data flow at different steps of the integration process.- Supervising the hypercare phase through logs analysis and dashboards for monitoring to ensure the smooth integration and optimal functionality of interfaces in order to facilitate the incidents investigation and resolution.

This project aims to automate the implementation of the project infrastructure: creation of the virtual machines hosted on Azure using Terrafom and github actions as a first step. The second step is to maintain the virtual machines by implementing an efficient reboot strategy and ensuring the application of security patches promptly. This involved developing a custom job using Talend to streamline the reboot process, improving performance, and fortifying security.

As a Junior delivery Manager within CoreHR project for LVMH Fashion group Division, I assisted through all the project phases from the design and specifications to the build phase to the run and monitoring. This multifunctional role is involving collaborating with cross functional teams and work closely with different third parties. Missions:- Design and Specifications:▪ Understanding the core business (Human resources) , functional requirements and business aspects.▪ Planning, animating design workshops to validate the specifications and the needed requirements with the Maisons and zones (APAC,Europe, Japan…).▪ Enhancing the Confluence project space with detailed specifications pages.- Data Flow Testing:▪ Implementing a Testing strategy for Mulesoft data flows with Postman.▪ Developing unit test cases to ensure proper functionality prior to delivery.▪ Automating and executing Non-regression tests.▪ Creating tests Dashboards.- Release Management:▪ Planning and scheduling meeting to display the prepared CutOver plan with concerned parties.▪ Coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure alignment.▪ Developing a comprehensive release management template outlining the steps for a seamless release.▪ Managing versions of Jira releases and ensuring proper versioning practices.▪ Keeping stakeholders informed about the release progress and changes.- Hypercare and Monitoring▪ Ensuring the daily monitoring and tracking of the interfaces through Datadog logs dashboards and daily checks reports sent to all the stakeholders.▪ Providing dedicated support to quickly address users demands and troubleshoot problems.▪ Managing and analyzing any incidents, bugs or change requests that arise post-implementation.Functional stack: Human resources, SAP Success Factors.Technical stack: Jira, Confluence, Datadog, Postman, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Dataweave, Mantis.
