I have graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Environmental Science with high distinction in June 2021. In addition, I have completed an Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology from Centennial College as a postgraduate student in December 2023.I started my undergraduate at the University of New Brunswick as a Health Science student, before transferring to the University of Toronto. During my undergraduate, I have explored a wide range of healthcare and biological industry professions, which greatly aided me in my decision to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology. I got acquainted with the laboratory environment and the methods of conducting scientific research. I have also worked as a Research Assistant, where I was trained to properly maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, as well as to assist in the completion of research projects, as part of a team of researchers.I am very passionate about participating in scientific research and exploring different fields, as well as analyzing specimens and using my problem-solving skills to detect anomalies in different samples. I also identify myself as someone who works extremely well under laboratory environments, and I am very cooperative. Furthermore, I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, which in my opinion, are very essential skills for a laboratory personnel to acquire.
