I moved to Victoria, BC, in June 2018, from the U.K., and I love what Vancouver Island and Canada has to offer. I am always eager to learn new skills and constantly trying to challenge myself. I hold a Masters in International Hospitality Management, and see myself as an excellent communicator. I am passionate about fantastic customer service, and being a great brand ambassador for any company I work for. I have been working for Robbins Parking Service since August 2018, where I love the diversity that this area of business brings to my skillset. I love to work with projects, seeing something as just a vision, and then working with endless amounts of people to establish and create something amazing, that I can be proud of. I really enjoy working with new system and processes, understanding them, and then implementing and training them out to teams. Finding that right balance of work and life is key to me, I love throwing myself into new projects and working hard, but stepping away and turning off from electronics is also important. Being a huge advocate for change and advancements helps me to keep busy and thrive in fast paced settings. Being a people leader for over 10 years I love to interact with different people, learn to communicate with them, and figure out how they learn and develop in their own style and speed, encouraging and facilitating any help, where needed. I believe that growth of a person can only come from encouragement, trust, and mutual respect- which has to be gained both sides. We are all growing- every challenge, every success and every hurdle makes us a better and stronger version of ourselves.
