Using a combination of technology, strategy, content and real time data driven insights, Springday empowers some of Australia’s biggest companies to understand, engage and motivate their people.Project Management• Manage the design, build and go live of client platforms and mobile apps:o run requirements gathering workshops, o provide consultancy on best practice and success strategies,o create statement of work,o provide a detailed design brief to the delivery team,o create and manage project plans and schedules, o identify and mitigate risks, o provide updates to stakeholders via meetings and reports, o complete requirements traceability matrices aligning delivery to the statement of work,o create client report templates to enable regular post launch reporting• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Balance multiple complex projects, ensuring each is delivered on time and on budget• Manage virtual teams across multiple time zones (Australia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, New Zealand, America & Spain)Product Management• Identify new features and functionality as well as enhancements for existing capabilities• Prioritise and manage new and improved product features from ideation through to detailed story boards, testing, implementation and measurement of benefits• Create standard operating procedures for the teams building and maintaining client platforms• A deep level of product and customer knowledge as well as an understanding of customer centric design techniquesMarketplace Management• Select third party health and wellbeing content providers to join the Springday ecosystem• Collaborate with third parties to curate their ideas into online learning modules, redesigning content where required and managing technical elements• Design and build monthly wellbeing marketing campaigns
