· Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for court ordered clients (substance abuse, domestic violence, anger management, or participants in the Batterer's Intervention Program) · Develop and create court mandated substance abuse and mental health evaluations· Administer objective tests such as the SASSI-3 ( Substance Abuse Subtle Screening) and interpret results accordingly· Case Manage each client by providing monthly progress reports detailing client progress to third parties such as probation, lawyers, or judges.

· Conduct intake sessions with clients and make appropriate referrals for treatment according to the client’s needs.· Develop treatment plans with new clients and conduct individual sessions to assess treatment progress· Administer bio-psychosocial evaluations as well as objective tests such as the SASSI-3(Substance Abuse Subtle Screening) and MAST (Michigan Alcohol Screening Test)· Prepare detailed mental health and substance abuse evaluations for community agencies such as Pretrial Services, Child Net, client attorneys and probation.· Help create competency restoration plans to aid the courts in determining the status of the defendant’s mental health. · Case manage accordingly by providing monthly progress reports to DUI probation and client attorneys.· Conduct process groups for clients focusing on identifying the disease model of addiction, substance dependency, relapse prevention, and life management skills.

· Provide in-home case management and psychotherapy services to children, families, and individuals using CBT and strength focused interventions · Maintain and keep up to date records of caseload (20 to 30 cases)· Formulate individual treatment plans, reviews, and discharge planning for each case · Document progress notes accurately and efficiently after each session while complying with Medicaid insurance requirements· Attend weekly supervision, conferences, meetings, and trainings as required

· Conduct psycho-educational groups three times a day for dual diagnosis patients in an intensive outpatient program· Provide clients with skills such as stress management, anger management, life skills, medication management· Create daily progress notes according to Medicaid requirements assessing client progress in meeting treatment objectives. · Participate in peer review on a monthly basis to ensure proper documentation of client files.

· Review multiple accounts and provide clients with the best solutions for time sensitive issues· Provide clients with quality customer service on questions and concerns with accounts· Collect on delinquent accounts while informing clients of account status· Offer arrangement programs and settlements to help bring client accounts into good standing ·Transfer calls and communicate with different departments in order to provide best solutions to clients
