During my time with J&G I was embedded within a number of large complex organisations to assist with the delivery of organisational wide projects. I provided executive consultancy services to Clients and supported business development activities for Johnston and Goldsmith.HR Generalist advice on a number of HR Projects: • Organisational reviews, Designed roles, responsibilities and functions• Developed and mentored clients to build internal capability• Executive Head Hunting and development of Online Campaigns to attract talent to Executive and Senior Roles• Facilitated 1:1 staff meetings ranging from internal Health Checks, Internal Bullying and Harassment Investigations and how to ease the impact on staff when a business is divesting• Policy Review and Update Recent Projects:Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Brisbane Catholic Education supported the design of a new governance, performance and strategy business unit. This unit was designed to evolve the way BCE currently does its business. I provided executive level consultancy services to the Leadership Team to design the roles, facilitate job evaluation and lead recruitment activities for the executive and team roles. Queensland GovernmentAs part of a major organisational change:• facilitated over 350 1:1 interviews in Brisbane and across regional centres• analysed interview outcomes to identify key themes • developed HR solutions to respond to key themes. Experience in providing resource management advice to businesses to assist them with their Workforce Planning and Organisational Design. To build internal capability and to ensure they have the right positions filled at the right time to build sustainable growth.Facilitated independent staff interviews for businesses regarding workplace harassment claims provided necessary reporting on outcomes.
