I joined Cracknell in January 2022 as a Project Manager, my role is to direct and manage different teams of Design Landscape Architects to ensure that the completion of the project is going as per the schedule, within budget, and following the client objectives, applying all my earned Skills and best practices.

Fifteen years of successful growth within K&A - adding value to the business by winning clients for the firm and being promoted three times during my Fifteen years of employment in the project management Department.I joined K&A in 2006 as a Project Coordinator; K&A was just at the beginning of establishing the Project Management Department with four colleagues.Eventually, the Department evolved by a five-time work capacity - we built a solid knowledge, tools, and techniques library based on our best practices, which K&A are using as the base templates for all other K&A branches.Positions within K&A:• Project Manager - From 2016 till 2021• Senior Planning Engineer - From 2013 till 2016• Planning Engineer - From 2009 till 2013• Project Management Coordinator- From 2006 till 2009In March 2020, I was chosen among K&A's five successful women’s projects managers in the women’s international dayIn May 2020 I was choosen to be part of K&A’s SAP Change Management Team - to build the new SAP-based ERP/CRM system, to bring K&A in line with industry best practices.

In 2002 I relocated from Egypt to join Dimensions in UAE, as I was recommended by my former employer (El Dahan & Farid) as recognition of my dedicated efforts and passionate work.In Dimensions, I practiced leading a graphic design team of 4 junior architects for developing the Conceptual Design from scratch until obtaining the client\municipality preliminary approvals, while coordinating with the Structural & MEP team to prepare a project coordinated Conceptual Architectural set.

In 1996 I joined El Dahan and Farid Engineering Consultant as an architect. In this firm, I have learned and developed my architectural design skills. I practiced preparing the projects architectural conceptual design presentations, 3D perspectives, and Animation works, and I consider myself lucky to have the privilege of working with one of the most talented architects Rami El Dahan.

In 1994 I joined The General Authority for Educational Buildings as a fresh graduated architect.I worked with the government educational sector to prepare and develop the architectural concept design for several types of schools in different locations in Egypt.
