My professional life has 4 major and very comprehensive chapters :Financial Services ,Markets &Business Development , People Advisory Services and Business transformation enablement.Until very recently I was aGIGGER at EY focusing on Talent Management & business transformation and Longevity.I am passionate about people development ,have an intuitive and analytical profile not to mention 35 years of experience in executive leadership and management.Prior to that I was Lead Partner for Workforce& Cultural Transformation at EY and regional advisor for Talent Management, Financial Markets and D&I advisorBefore that spent several years focused in Financials Services ,working for foreign banks managing loan syndication, asset sales, trade services, trade finance, political risk insurance, credit analysis, foreign custody and sovereign debt trading desks areas and teams. Overall activities mostly related to US dollars liability management ,political and sovereign risk free based structures, credit and loans portfolio with large exposure to foreign markets & professional investors. At EY with People Advisory I was mostly working with C level , developing high performing teams, implementing D&I governance, helping teams to explore ways and methodologies to unlock talent to improve performance and produtivity and above all to address cultural and digital transformation . Today I help organizations , to adress talent management and digital transformation vis a vis the emerging future I am committed to LTVC- long term value creation suppoting senior management to address talent issues to further foster and unlock our teams potential to enable business transformation we are going through I believe in creative leadership, embrace positive psychology and use neurociencia fundamentals .Goes without saying that Longevity and Silver Economie/60+. are now a must for me
