As a correspondent for Foods & Wines from Spain, I write daily news articles about Spanish gastronomy and chefs around the world. This includes new restaurant openings, information about exports, awards for chefs/products/wines, and innovation in the industry, among other topics. I also write monthly articles for the website about topics related to Spanish food and culture.Previously I was the English editor for ICEX's publication Spain Gourmetour, promoting food, wine and travel. This included editing, proofreading, fact checking, translation checking and formatting. I was responsible for writing the Gastronomy Book Review section of each edition.

At Versalia, I translated a wide range of financial and corporate texts such as quarterly and annual reports, daily and weekly financial reports (primarily for the fixed-income market), press releases, websites, CSR and sustainability reports, corporate governance, bylaws, shareholders’ meeting notices/minutes/regulations, regulatory disclosures, blog articles, press releases, websites, and newspaper articles. I translated articles published on the agri-food website www.wikispanishfood.com, a project by Agrifood Comunicación. Articles were generally related to Spain's food and beverage industry and included economic texts, business profiles, interviews and reports.

In this role I edited, proofread and wrote articles for publication in international media (International Herald Tribune, New York Times Magazine, USA Today, The Independent, etc.) on topics ranging from politics and banking to R&D and education. I also wrote the ad copy for a wide range of clients.
