Samara is a Professor of Counseling for graduate-level counseling classes.

Samara is a licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC-S) with a clinical focus on anxiety, depression, and ADD/ADHD. Her practice is nestled in the quaint neighborhood of Near Southside, Fort Worth.

Part-time therapist supporting Keller ISD.

Samara is a counseling provider to thirty-five revolving at-risk youth clients, creating and implementing rehabilitation plans for diverse trauma and abuse in a pedagogy format. A collaborative function, she assist CPS and the courts as an extension of her fiduciary responsibility, incorporating CBT, DBT, TF-CBT; and therapy models of family, aggression replacement, reality, and substance abuse. She acquired certifications in Aggression Replacement Training, JSO, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT).

Facilitated group and individual adult therapy sessions for chemically dependent, court mandated clientele.Provided treatment for Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, Substance Abuse or Dependency.

As a child advocate, I provided clinical crisis counseling for individual therapy. I provided direct fiduciary assistance to Child Protective Services and local law enforcement. Provided treatment for diverse disorders including; Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Depression, Dyslexia, Childhood Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Physical Abuse, Substance Abuse, Bipolar, Personality Disorder.Incorporated Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), play therapy; developed and wrote treatment plans, notes and diagnostic summaries; and developed new games to use for TF-CBT.
