Built a global internal communications and engagement strategy for over 2,000 employees in more than 20 countries. Reported into the CHRO and worked in close collaboration with the business's Founder, CEO, and the Executive Leadership team.Remit included:Creating a function dedicated to the strategic execution of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at Aesop.Selection and implementation of employee engagement survey supplier, moving the organization from annual surveys to quarterly pulses.Events management, including the ideation and execution of four regional Town Hall events (Melbourne, Hong Kong, London, New York) for over 650 employees. Extensive project management, vendor management, and cross-functional partnership.Change management and change communications, serving as an advisor for senior leadership and project managing key initiatives amongst the global population.Leading a cross-functional task force dedicated to employee experience during Covid. Initiatives included a weekly wellbeing program, management of all FAQs and policies during the first months of the pandemic, and weekly company-wide Q&A calls with the executive team. Defining the Employer Brand strategy, leading the tactical execution and guiding the creation of required content.Partnering with IT to define the internal communications and collaboration platform strategy within the business and to select appropriate technology suppliers.Collaborating with colleagues at Natura &Co (the parent company of Aesop, The Body Shop, and Natura) to support on group-wide events, communications, and investor relations.
