Through APPLES Service-Learning, I worked alongside a team of 3 other public relations students to improve 3D Women's strategic communication with internal and external publics following the COVID-19 pandemic. I dedicated 20+ hours of service to designing a client survey that identified the organization's opportunities and pain points, completing a communications audit accompanied by a comprehensive SWOT analysis, producing a 3D Women monthly newsletter via Mailchimp that maintained consistent subscriber communication and implementing a 6-month public relations plan to increase community outreach at a national level. I, also, developed 6 graphics to share across 3D Women's social media platforms and rebranded website.
